FIRST STEP - Initial consultation.
At our introductory session, we visit your site, discuss your desires and ideas, take detailed notes, and get to know one another, review your information and give you a design estimate.

SECOND STEP - Preliminary design process.
Following a thorough review of all of the information at your disposal, we begin the design process. A site plan will be laid out with a building outline to determine the best size and shape. Design ideas with basic floor plans and elevations will be drafted based on the information collected at our initial consultation.

THIRD STEP - Re-examine and revise.
At this third stage, we will have prepared sketches to present our interpretation of your ideas for discussion. Any new ideas or improvements will be discussed, and additional sketches may be drawn as a result.

FOURTH STEP - Revisions review.
Resolving the design and integration of previous new ideas and any modifications will be the topic of this consultation. Building elevations will also be provided and discussed. This fourth step may be repeated several times, to make sure you are satisfied that everything that you have requested is included.

FIFTH STEP - Submission of plans.
When all of your requirements have been incorporated into the plans and exterior elevations, you will receive copies of the drawings and the site plan to enable you to obtain a price from your builder and bank appraisal.

SIXTH STEP - Finalise design drawings.
This is when you instruct us to complete all final working drawings for your new home, extension or office fit out. All the architectural drawings, shadow diagrams and builder’s details necessary to finish your project will be drawn, checked, and updated, prior to providing copy sets to submit with your development application (DA).
